Fun Techtivities in September!

September holidays are here, and that means a time to have fun! Take a look at our consolidated #Techtivities for some fun powered by technology this holiday. 🥳

Firstly, for the #TechNews of the month, Covid-19 has greatly raised the importance of food security and resilience. While using methyl bromide has been a safe and common food storage practice within the industry, Singapore Storage & Warehouse is now using a safer method to store rice 🍚. Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) box is a locally developed technology that creates a low-oxygen environment that allows rice to be stored for up to a year!⏱

Find out more on how Singapore Storage & Warehouse uses MAP technology to enhance our food security here!

Now that we’re all set, keep scrolling on to discover techtivities that you and your family can indulge in this month! ✨
