Ng Qinglei, 9, presents her Scratch coding project ‘Times Table to 10’ for Coding Lab’s International Coding Showcase 2022.

David Xu, 7, presents his Scratch coding project ‘Dandelion Game for Coding Lab’s International Coding Showcase 2022.
"My game is designed to help children learn about the life cycle of plants in a fun way. I created the game because I love science and want to share my interest with others. Follow the instructions and answer the questions to help the dandelion grow. If you enter the wrong answer, the game encourages you to try again. Have fun playing!" - David Xu

YCGH Student Feature: Javen Lim, 11, (Merit) Best Game Design
Watch 11-year-old Javen Lim as he presents his project Being Socially Responsible. Meaningfully created during the pandemic, this interactive Scratch game features his own colourful drawings and won him Best Game Design (Merit) at the Young Coders' Global Hackathon 2020.

ICS Student Feature: Wang Jun Min, 11, 2nd Place (Scratch)
Watch 11-year-old Jun Min's Technology Clicker. Using high-level Scratch programming and Mathematics, he made his very own clicker idle game complete with coins and various upgrades. This fun project won him 2nd Place (Scratch) in the International Coding Showcase 2020.

Watch 11-year-old Jun Min's ‘Fight Covid-19’ game, which aims to educate people about Covid-19 and its measures in a fun and interactive way, complete with attractive graphics too! This project won him 3rd place in the Young Coders' Global Hackathon 2020.

ICS Student Feature: Ahmed Naufal, 8, Merit Award
Watch 8-year-old Ahmed Naufal's Star Wars Invaders shooting game, which uses advanced cloud variables. Ahmed was able to code this impressive game one month after learning Scratch with us! This project won him the Merit Award in the International Coding Showcase 2020.
