Yong Ning holds a Master of Science in Computational Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), awarded under full scholarship, and graduated with First-Class Honours in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Prior to founding Coding Lab®, he served as Director (Asia-Pacific) at Danaher, leading regional strategy and enterprise-level performance transformation across multiple markets. A certified Six-Sigma Black Belt, he brings structured optimisation thinking and executive discipline developed at scale, into education.

At Coding Lab®, Yong Ning designs the curriculum architecture, competition strategy and educator training frameworks personally. He sets the pedagogical and performance standards across the organisation, mentoring the educator team and directing a structured competition training system that prepares students for national and international coding competitions at the highest level.
