Trained in behavioural influence and competitive positioning at Harvard, she applies structured, strategic frameworks to groom students not just for admission — but for long-term success.
At Coding Lab®, Candice spearheads the organisation’s competitive vision and strategy for Direct School Admissions (DSA) into Secondary and tertiary institutions. She leads DSA planning and portfolio architecture, guiding the team in designing differentiated competition pathways, portfolio narratives and interview frameworks that translate student potential into measurable results and admission outcomes.
Under her leadership, Coding Lab has built a distinguished and consistent track record of successful DSA placements into Singapore’s top secondary schools and tertiary institutions.
Beyond her executive role, Candice is a parent of two Coding Lab students and serves as Chairperson of Tiny Thinkers, an IMDA-supported social initiative dedicated to nurturing future-ready innovators.
