Ivy brings nearly two decades of industry experience as a software engineer at Microsoft, where she built a distinguished 19-year career contributing to some of the world’s most widely used software products.

After graduating from college in the United States, Nobuko returned to Japan to begin her career at Microsoft Japan, where she held key roles as a Test Engineer and Program Manager on the Microsoft Office development team. Over the years, she played an integral role in the design, testing, and development of numerous flagship Microsoft products, including Excel, Access, SharePoint, Office 365, Office Apps, and Sway.

Her work contributed directly to enhancing the functionality, usability, and global reach of these products, impacting millions of users worldwide. With deep expertise across both client and cloud-based platforms, Ivy is passionate about creating technology that is intuitive, reliable, and scalable.

Today, she brings her wealth of industry knowledge and technical excellence to inspire and educate the next generation of innovators.
