That’s exactly what our students Ethan, Chloe, and Zong Xun did.
At the recent Microsoft x CSA Cybersecurity Hackathon 2026, they created a project promoting a more cyber-safe school environment and emerged as 2nd Runner-Up!✨
Organised by the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore and Microsoft, this national-level hackathon challenged students to think critically, collaborate, and build a safer digital world through Minecraft Education.
Congratulations to our incredible students! We’re especially delighted to have taught them at Coding Lab®, and to see them shine not only in this competition, but in other global showcases too. Some may remember Zong Xun’s award-winning project in International Coding Showcase 24/25, where he built a program supporting wildlife conservation 🌿
After more than a decade of building Coding Lab®, our hearts are full of gratitude to see our students excel on international stages, from the MIT AI + Education Summit to national competitions, ranking among the top 1–2% nationally and earning global awards and media recognition. Congratulations to Oscar! We are delighted to have taught him at Coding Lab since he was 10 years old. Over the years, we have seen him achieve remarkable milestones, including competing internationally at the Microsoft Minecraft Cup 2025, and receiving an award at the semi-finals in Japan.

That’s exactly what our 7 Coding Lab students just did at the 7th ICode International Youth Coding Contest - ICode4Good ASEAN 10-Nations League, held in Singapore.
✨ Meet Xavion, Jacob, and Winston, our #CodingLabStudents who just won 1st place in the Novice Division Category of the Lockheed Martin Code Quest 2025!
Taking on 38 teams across Asia-Pacific, they stood out with their creativity, coding skills, and unstoppable teamwork! Their journey is proof that with the right guidance, hard work, and passion, anything is possible.
We’re beyond proud to share that 9 of our #CodingLabStudents have clinched medals at this year’s National Olympiad in Informatics (NOI), clinching a total of 3 Golds, 1 Silver and 5 Bronze!

You know it’s your passion when you keep going — even after missing the first chance. That’s how Sanya’s coding journey began. She missed the sign-up for her school’s coding activity, but she didn’t let that stop her. She told her parents she still wanted to learn coding — and that’s how she found Coding Lab. The rest is history.
Today, at just 12 years old, Sanya is the proud winner of SheHacks 2025 — a prestigious hackathon that celebrates creativity and innovation!
